About Us
Allbreeds Pet Retreat has been owned and operated by Tim & Rachael Scrine since 2006.
Allbreeds was originally, solely a dog training company owned and operated by Tim since 2000.
Tim - started working with animals in 1990. In 1992 he pioneered Mobile Hydro-baths for animals in Western Australia, then starting his own pet shop. Tim then trained to improve and develop instructing skills with ex-British / Australian Military Personnel such as James Ward (Dog Handler) from 1994. Also travelling to Sweden in 2004 to train with Swedish Military Mine detection Instructors. Tim has dealt with the most extreme behavioural issues, private home obedience training, protection training and animals for Film / TV and theatre. Tim established ALLBREEDS DOG TRAINING in 2000.
Rachael - has worked with animals since 1987 first at various horse establishments around Perth. Then working at Perth’s oldest dog rescue and boarding facility, The “Dog’s Refuge Home” in Shenton Park for approx 10 yrs. (Part of that as a Kennel Manager) During that time Rachael’s interest in dog training and behaviour grew. She worked with various dog trainers (all with different training methods) and then met Tim in 2004. After a few other boarding and dog-minding establishments Rachael and Tim found their current dream – Allbreeds Pet Retreat !!!
