Q. What should I bring for my pet?

The only thing you are required to bring is your pet’s current vaccination certificate. All food and bedding is provided but you may if you wish bring in something from home, a blanket or toy for example.

Q. What will you feed my pet?

We feed Dogs & Cats “Royal Canin” Super Premium Pet Food during their stay. Customers are welcome to bring in their own prepared food for their animals. We supply additional wet food for cats.

Q. Do you provide a pick up & delivery service?

We do offer a pick up & delivery service. Please feel free to contact us to discuss pricing.

Q. What happens if my pet gets sick during the stay?

We have local access to several vets should an emergency arise as well as a vet on 24 hr call.

Q. Can you give my pet its required medication?

Yes. We are happy to accommodate pet’s requiring medication, the medication needs to be clearly labelled with instructions. There is no extra charge for administering medications.

Q. How old does my puppy have to be before he can board at Allbreeds?

Puppies need to have had their final vaccinations this is around 4 months of age.

Q. If my dog has had a C5 vaccination is he 100% covered?

For optimum coverage dogs should have had their vaccination 10-14 days prior to boarding.

Q. What do we need to advise you re: our pet\'s habits?

Please advise us of any of the following:

  • Fence jumping/ climbing
  • Bitches in season
  • Aggression towards people and/or animals
  • Special Diets or Allergies
  • Phobias (Thunder, Fireworks or Cars backfiring etc. . )
  • Past or persistent injuries.

Q. Can my dog have obedience training while boarding?

Yes. 14 day Boot-camp is the most popular. See Training for more information.

Q. Will my dog obey me when it comes home?

Yes. During the stay, we will train your dog thoroughly, and during the hand-over lesson make sure you know how to control your dog.

Q. My dog had completed Boot-camp a year ago, can he have Refresher Training Session during other boarding times?

Certainly, a 40 minute session costs 39 dollars.  Training can be limited during school holidays though.

Q. Can I have a refresher session?

Owners can book a private session with their dog on Wednesday or Thursday evenings for for 40 minutes. Please phone by the Monday prior to make a booking.

Q. How old does my dog have to be before he can come to Boot-camp?

4 months or older. (Please phone to confirm)
