Bringing out the Best Behaviour from your Dog

As famous vet and author James Herriot once said "Dogs like to Obey. It gives them security"

As dog owners it is also important that our dog is obedient, well socialised and well behaved both within the family and when outside in the community.

Doggy recuits board with us at our Kenwick training facility while being trained each day and socialised with other social dogs twice daily.

The syllabus we cover in K9 Bootcamp includes the following:

  • Leash Manners    An informal way to walk your dog that teaches them to be on a loose lead at all times, with no pulling!

  • Heel   Formal walking at your left hand side

  • Sit

  • Drop

  • Stay    with distractions- noises, other dogs, handler moving around etc..

  • Recall  Coming back

When you collect your dog, once the bootcamp is completed, we have a "hand-over" session of about one and a half hours where we show you what your dog has learnt and how to maintain the new obedience standard.

Fees: $942 for one dog   $1,790 for two dogs 

 These fees include boarding, training, socialising & handover session and a hydrobath.

Please note: All above training takes place with other dogs present, providing your dog isn't aggressive towards other dogs.
